1. FIRST DAY: Your first day of work will be TBD.

2. TIME: Please arrive at 9:00 on your first day. Thereafter, please check-in each morning via call or text no later than 6:45 AM and arrive at your designated office no later than 7:45 AM Mon. – Fri. and be available to work until 5:00 PM.

3. UNIFORM: On your first day of work, you will be issued:1-Apron or shirt 1-Set of knee pads. At the end of your second day of work, you will be provided with: 2-additional aprons 1-ID badge.
Pants and shirt: Please wear your own athletic solid color shirt (black, navy, gray, or white), and pants that allow you to move-freely, but are not “oversized”, or excessively “baggy”. SHOES: Before your first day of work please purchase “Safe T Step” shoes. These must be worn each day. (American Housekeeping will reimburse up to $30.00 with receipt). 4. PARKING: If you drive, please park in the location indicated by the office staff personnel.

5. LUNCH: You will have a scheduled lunch break. Please bring lunch or money each day. Be aware that after leaving the office in the morning you will not return for your lunch break.

6. ATTENDANCE: If you cannot work due to illness or other personal reasons, then you must call the office by 6:45 AM and leave a message. You will need to follow up after 7:00 AM and speak to someone in the office.

7. TIME OFF: All time off requests need to be made on the time off request form and turned in 1 week prior (at minimum) to the day you are requesting. (This includes “early off” requests). When planning time off, check the company calendar and choose a day that does not conflict with another employees’ time off. Your time off request form will be returned to you stating the approval or decline and your name will be added to the company “day off calendar”. Even with proper notice and request procedure, your request may not be granted due to staffing needs. Please know the status of your request prior to securing travel and/or appointment plans. 8. SCHEDULES: Daily schedules can change without notice. Your shift begins at 7:45 AM sharp so arrive early if you wish to socialize or eat breakfast prior to your shift start time. Be prepared to work from 5:00 PM each day regardless of what schedule shows in the morning as the schedule does change throughout the day.

9. PAY DAYS: Paychecks are issued every Friday and are available as follows1-Upon returning to office at the end of employees shift.2-After 12:00pm if employee is absent for work on payday.3-Via direct deposit by end of day. Direct deposit available after 30 days of employement.BONUSES: In addition to your regular pay, we frequently offer bonus plans to reward employees for attendance, quality work, safety compliance etc. Ask H/R for current program.
