• Fixed-rate prices are subject to change with 30 days notice and includes Signature White Glove Service plus noted exceptions and special instructions.
    • Pending proposals are valid for 90 days; changes in cleaning services requested may require an adjustment in pricing.
    • Either party may terminate this agreement with 2 business days prior written notice without penalty.
    • If client has skipped 1 or more regular cleaning services, additional time and compensation may be required.
    • Client agrees to provide access to property at the agreed upon dates and times or will be responsible for a rescheduling fee
      of $50. A minimum of 2 business days’ advance notice is required for rescheduling. If access is delayed by more than 10 minutes,
      client will be charged for the time waited at a rate $10 per fifteen minutes. These fees will appear on client’s next statement.
    • All payments are due and payable at the time of service unless otherwise specified or a $10 billing fee will be assessed.
    • Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card or ach bank transfer. Processing fees apply to credit card payments.
    • Credit card processing fees apply and are based on regular recurring fixed-rate.
        • Fixed -rate cleaning service $0 - $205 | add $6
        • Fixed -rate cleaning service $206 - $299 | add $10
        • Fixed -rate cleaning service $300+ | add $15
    • Checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee.
    • In the event the account goes unpaid for 60 days from the date of service, due to non-payment, stop-payment or insufficient
      funds, client agrees to pay all attorney fees, court costs, filing fees, collection costs and interest at the rate of 1½ % per month
      (18%), commencing from the date of service.
    • Due to circumstances beyond our control, arrival times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.
    • Breakage & Loss claims may be referred to our insurance provider. Substantiated claims for breakage and loss will be paid on an Actual Cash Value basis (current replacement value less depreciation for age, wear and tear). Housekeepers will not dust or clean television screens. Items may be excluded from liability if they are not secured/mounted properly or are defective in nature.
    • Housekeepers are not allowed to lift more than 30 lbs, remove their shoes, climb more than 18”, or to clean unsafe areas / items (such as feces).
    • Client agrees not to privately employ any American Housekeeping staff or agrees to pay a one-time fee in the amount of $2,500.
    • If service provided is unsatisfactory to client, please notify American Housekeeping within 48 hours of the cleaning service. We will promptly correct the problem to the best of our ability at no additional charge to the client.
    • Promotional discounts for 1st clean will be due and payable if client fails to have at least 3 service visits within initial 4 months.
